Quilting

With more than ten years of quilting experience, we are proud to say that we have our own ideas about how to make our mattress both look and feel perfect from the quilted cover aspect.
It is really not an easy work. How to select the fabric, the density and the height of the foam, the patterns, different layers of upholstery stitched to the fabrics such as lamb wool and rolling resin cotton to enhance the comfort, there are many kinds of choices we need to make that will affect the performance of the whole mattress.

	One of our machines is bought from Gribetz international, which leads the world as the manufacturer of quilting machines, The state-of-the-art Gribetz sews traditional multi-needle style quilt patterns as well as Tack & Jump® designs at speeds up to 1600 rpm.
	One of our machines was bought from South Korean 9 nine years ago, quite old but does well in quilting traditional patterns.
	The other four are from Dong Guan, China, they can quilt all classes of patterns, including 360 degree, Tack & Jump and especially they are suitable for quilting extra thick and heavy materials .the thickest we can quilt is 8cm.
